Privacy Policy

Effective date: 9 October 2026

This policy describes what happens to information when you read crispphase.online. It is written for this site specifically. The site has no forms, no accounts, no newsletter and no cookies, so the list of what reaches us is short, and the table below is the whole of it.

Nothing outside this table is collected. There is no fourth row because there is no fourth category.

Group one: the information

1. Who is responsible

The entity responsible for this site and for the information described here is ORYNA s.r.o., Americká 1514/56, Východní Předměstí, 301 00 Plzeň, Czech Republic, company no. 06328679. ORYNA s.r.o. is not registered for VAT, so no VAT number is given. Contact: info@crispphase.online. Where this policy says what will be done, it is ORYNA s.r.o. doing it.

2. The framework this policy follows

Information from readers in Australia is handled in line with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles. The principles are published by the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au/privacy/australian-privacy-principles. The sections below are organised around the principles that are relevant to a site of this kind.

3. What this policy covers

It covers crispphase.online and nothing else. Links on this site lead to other organisations' websites, including the Norton AntiVirus Plus website and the Australian government sites referred to in the answers. That first link is a paid affiliate link; ORYNA s.r.o. earns a commission on purchases made through it and your price is unchanged. Each of those sites has its own privacy policy, and once you leave this domain, this policy no longer applies.

4. Everything that is collected

  1. Access logs. Our hosting provider records, for every request to the site, the IP address the request came from, the date and time, the URL requested, the referring page if your browser sends one, and the user-agent string identifying your browser and operating system. This is ordinary web server logging and it happens before any page is served.
  2. Email you send. If you write to info@crispphase.online, we receive your address, your name if you include it, the text of your message and any attachments. Please do not send health information, financial account details, identity documents or other sensitive information. If you do, it will be deleted once it is no longer needed to answer you.
  3. The IP address Google receives. The pages are set in typefaces served from Google Fonts. When your browser requests the stylesheet and the font files, Google receives your IP address and the standard information that accompanies any web request. ORYNA s.r.o. does not receive this information and cannot see it.
  4. Nothing else. There are no contact forms, enquiry forms, search boxes, quizzes, comment fields, accounts or logins on this site. No cookies are set. No analytics product is installed. No advertising or conversion tag is present. No profile is built about you, and no cross-site tracking takes place.

5. Reading without identifying yourself

You do not need to identify yourself to read anything on this site, and you are not asked to. If you write to us, you may use a pseudonymous email address and sign the message however you like; we will answer it. The one exception is a request for access to or correction of personal information, where we need to be reasonably satisfied of your identity before acting, because handing someone else's information to the wrong person would be the greater harm.

Group two: what happens to it

6. Why each category is held

Access logs are held so that attacks and abuse of the server can be identified and blocked, and so that faults can be diagnosed when a page fails to load. Email is held so that your message can be read and answered. The IP address Google receives exists only because your browser must ask Google for the font files in order to display the page as designed. There is no other purpose behind any of it.

7. How long each category is kept

  • Access logs: 30 days, after which they are deleted by our hosting provider in the normal course.
  • Email: 24 months after the last message in the conversation, then deleted — unless the correspondence is needed in connection with a legal claim, in which case it is kept until that matter is concluded.
  • Font requests: held by Google under Google's own retention practices, which ORYNA s.r.o. does not control, does not have visibility of, and cannot shorten. Google's policy is at policies.google.com/privacy.

8. Use and disclosure

Information is used only for the purposes named in section 6. It is never sold, rented, traded, licensed or shared for anyone's marketing, including our own. It is disclosed outside the recipients listed in section 10 only where the law requires it — for example, in response to a valid order from a court or a law enforcement body with authority to make the demand.

9. Direct marketing

None is carried out. There is no mailing list, no newsletter and no mechanism on this site for subscribing to anything. Writing to us does not add you to anything, because there is nothing to be added to. You will not receive promotional email from ORYNA s.r.o. as a result of reading this site or contacting us.

10. Who receives information

Three recipients, and no others: our hosting provider, which operates the server and holds the access logs; our email service provider, which operates the mailbox; and Google, which receives the font request described above. No analytics company, advertising company, data broker or marketing agency receives anything from this site, because none is connected to it.

11. Disclosure outside Australia

Our hosting provider and our email service provider are not named in this policy and their infrastructure may store or process data outside Australia; we do not identify a single country for either, because we cannot represent one accurately. Google may process the font request in the United States and in other countries where it operates infrastructure. Because the information involved leaves Australia, you should read this policy on the basis that these recipients are not necessarily subject to Australian privacy law and that the protections available in the receiving country may differ from those in Australia.

12. Affiliate links

When you follow the affiliate link on this site, you leave crispphase.online. Norton AntiVirus Plus and the affiliate network that operates the link may set cookies or use similar technology on their own domains to record that the referral came from this site, and that happens entirely under their policies rather than this one. ORYNA s.r.o. receives commission reports from the network. Those reports are used solely to reconcile payments, and no information identifying individual readers is sought, requested or wanted.

13. Security

The site is served over HTTPS, so the connection between your browser and the server is encrypted. There is no database behind the site and no submitted content is stored, because nothing can be submitted. Access to the hosting account and to the mailbox is limited to people working for ORYNA s.r.o. who need it. No certification, audit or standard beyond these measures is claimed.

14. Keeping information accurate

The information held is limited to logs and correspondence, which are records of events rather than statements about you. If you believe something we hold about you is inaccurate, out of date or incomplete, tell us and it will be corrected. There is no charge for this.

Group three: your rights

15. Access and correction

You may ask what personal information ORYNA s.r.o. holds about you and ask for a copy, and you may ask for it to be corrected. Write to info@crispphase.online with "Privacy request" in the subject line. There is no charge for making a request. We will respond within 30 days. If a request is refused — for example because the information would reveal someone else's personal information — the reasons will be given in writing along with the complaint routes in section 16.

16. Complaints

If you are unhappy with how your information has been handled, write to info@crispphase.online first, and we will answer within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with that answer, you may complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner. The OAIC explains the process at oaic.gov.au/privacy/privacy-complaints.

17. Data breaches

If we become aware of unauthorised access to, or disclosure or loss of, information covered by this policy, we will assess it promptly. Where the breach is likely to result in serious harm, we will notify the individuals affected and the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner in line with the Notifiable Data Breaches scheme, and the notification will describe what occurred and what you can do about it.

18. Children

This site is written for adults dealing with their own computers and is not directed at people under 16. Nothing is collected for the purpose of identifying a reader of any age, and there is no mechanism on the site through which a child could provide personal information.

19. Readers in the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom

ORYNA s.r.o. is established in the Czech Republic, so the General Data Protection Regulation applies to its processing. The legal bases are: legitimate interests for the access logs, being the security and sound operation of the site; legitimate interests for the delivery of the typeface; and the handling of your enquiry for email you send us. No processing on this site relies on consent, because no cookies or similar technologies are used that would require it.

If the GDPR applies to you, you have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection, including objection to processing based on legitimate interests. Exercise them by writing to info@crispphase.online. You may also lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority for the Czech Republic, the Office for Personal Data Protection (Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů), uoou.gov.cz, or with the authority in your own country of residence.

20. Changes to this policy

When this policy is revised, the effective date at the top is updated. If a change is material — a new recipient, a new category of information, a longer retention period — a note saying so will appear at the top of this page for 30 days from the date of the change, so that a returning reader can see that something has moved rather than having to compare versions.
