Contact
Crisp Phase collects nothing from its readers, which includes not collecting an email address through a form. If you want to reach the publisher, write directly to the address below from whatever account you prefer. A pseudonymous address is fine for anything other than a request to access or correct personal information, where identity has to be established first.

What to put in the subject line
A specific subject line gets a faster and more useful reply. These are the ones that route a message correctly:
| Subject | Use it for |
|---|---|
| Correction | Something on a page is wrong or out of date. Name the page and the sentence. |
| Question suggestion | A question you think belongs on the site and is not there. |
| Broken link | A link that no longer goes where the text says it does. |
| Privacy request | Access to, or correction of, personal information held by ORYNA s.r.o. Described in the privacy policy. |
| Accessibility | Something on the site that is difficult or impossible to use with a keyboard or a screen reader. |
| Legal | Trademark, copyright or other formal correspondence. |
What we cannot help with
It is better to say this before you write than after you have waited for a reply.
- Individual technical support. Crisp Phase cannot diagnose a particular computer, remove software from it, or advise on a specific incident. Nobody here can see anything about your device.
- Product support for Norton AntiVirus Plus. ORYNA s.r.o. is not that product's vendor, reseller or support provider. Questions about a subscription, a licence, a charge or a refund go to the vendor.
- Urgent incidents. If money has gone, contact your bank first. If an account has been taken over, work through the steps on the accounts page. Reports of cybercrime go to ReportCyber through cyber.gov.au, and scam reports go to Scamwatch.
- Legal or financial advice. The site is informational only, as the terms explain.
What happens to your message
The message arrives in a mailbox held with our email service provider, which may store data outside Australia. It is read by people working for ORYNA s.r.o. and used only to answer you. It is not added to any list, because there is no list. It is not passed to any third party, and it is not used for marketing.
Messages are kept for 24 months after the last message in the conversation, unless they need to be retained longer in connection with a legal claim, and are then deleted. Please do not send health details, financial account numbers, identity document scans or other sensitive information; if you do, it will be deleted once it is no longer needed to answer you. All of this is set out in the privacy policy.
When to expect a reply
Most messages are answered within a few working days. Privacy requests and complaints are answered within 30 days, which is the period described in the privacy policy. If a message has gone unanswered for longer than that, it is worth sending it again, since mail does occasionally go astray.
